Replacement Policy
At CAREWEIGH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward replacement policy.
Replacement Eligibility
You can return your items for the replacement within 10 days of receiving your order. To be
eligible for a replacement, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn/Unused: Items must be in their original, unused condition, including all tags
and packaging. - Non-Damaged: Products should not show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused
after receipt.
How to Replace
- Contact Us: To initiate a replacement, please reach out to our customer support team
at admin@careweigh.com or call us at 020-45029048. Please provide your invoice
number and a brief explanation (with supporting photos or videos in case of defective
item) of the return reason. - Replacement Authorization: Once initially approved, we will provide you with a
Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back your
items. - Package Your Return: Ensure the items are securely packed in their original
packaging or a similar protective box. Include the Return Authorization Number
and any relevant paperwork inside the package. - Send it to the below address and ensure the logistics or courier service have door
delivery facility to our address.

Replacement Process
- QC Approval: After receiving the returned item, our Quality Control (QC) team will
inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item passes inspection, the
exchange will be processed. - Choose Your Exchange: After QC approval, our customer support team will assist
you in selecting either the same model or a different model.- Same Model: If you opt for the same model, we will proceed with the exchange.
- Different Model: If you choose a different model that costs more than the original, you will need to pay the price difference.
- No Refund for Lesser Value: If you choose a replacement that costs less than your original order, we cannot refund the difference. The new item will be exchanged at the original purchase price.
Replacement Time
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will process it and get back to you
within 2 working days after the final approval for the replacement. - If the replacement item is available in stock, it will be dispatched on the next
working day. - For items that need to be manufactured against the order, our customer support
team will provide you with an estimated lead time for production and delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free Shipment: We offer free return shipping for exchanges only if the item is
defective or damaged upon receipt. Freight charges will be covered by Careweigh in
such cases. - Customer-Responsible Shipping: For non-defective items, customers will be
responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or there was an
error in processing the order.
