JOB DESCRIPTION

Position                       : Service Engineer

Qualification Required              :  ITI/Diploma/BE (Electronics)

Office Timing                              :   9 am to 6 pm (lunch break 1 pm to 1.30 pm)

Weekly off                                   :  1^st and 3^rd Saturday & all Sundays.

Mandatory Requirements       :  Strong electronics knowledge, PCB servicing, Good computer knowledge, should be able to write and speak in Marathi, Hindi and English.

Having two wheeler & driving licence is mandatory.

Careweigh deals with weighing scales, weighing systems, metal detectors and related automations.

The following are the job responsibilities of the Service Engineer whom we are hiring.

1. Site visit for the installation of the electronic weighing scales/weighing systems. Ready to travel all over India (Company will provide the travel expenses)
2. Giving demo to the customers – on site.
3. New products unboxing, visual inspection and testing.
4. Should capable to generate service revenue through AMC and selling spares.
5. Should be able to guide the customers over phone for the technical issues.
6. Co-ordinating with legal metrology office for the stamping of weighing scales and submitting the scales to legal metrology office for stamping and receiving it back.
7. Visit to legal metrology office at Pune camp for stamping works.
8. Preparation of quotations for service charge, spares and AMC.

Note: Training will be given for the weighing scale & weighing systems service, legal metrology works and quotation preparations.
